The proton beams, emitted by the Main Ring synchrotron, collide with a target composed of graphite rods at the target station and produce numerous daughter particles. Among these particles, the positively charged π-mesons converge in the forward direction under the effect of magnetic horns. We manufactured their magnetic horns’ mount and piping.
