Design
Yoshida Inc. helps building your general idea and detailed design of equipment using AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, etc., and design and manufacture based on drawings presented.
In addition to our expertise cultivated in the field of designing and manufacturing the nuclear power generation and nuclear fuel cycle for over 40 years, we have been working in non-nuclear, new energy field including fusion, linear, renewable energy, etc., and medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic field in recent years.
Machining
The first factory had a weight limit for machining because of a 5-ton crane. Our new second factory with a 30-ton crane and its lifting height of 12 meters brought a solution to handle larger machines. In particular, acquisition of two large-scale double column type machining centers (5-face machining center), two horizontal boring & milling machines, wo horizontal boring and milling machines, large-scale vertical NC lathe, and various other machining centers and lathes makes it possible to respond to requests.
Welding
Application of quality assurance and TIG welding technology cultivated through the production of nuclear energy products, Yoshida Inc. specializes in moisture-free and oxygen-free glove boxes (isolators) and large stainless steel machine products. Our welding division, equipped with 30-ton crane and its lifting height of 12 meters, performs one-stop service making machining of welding parts possible in the next machining building, and completing final finishing after welding within our plant. This inovation has made it possible to shorten delivery times and reduce costs for large-scale welding machines.
